The terms

Ninety days, the whole product

Bring a real program and as many people as you like. Every module is switched on, so you try the product you would buy.

A reminder before the charge

We charge your card on day 91 and email you a week before. If that email fails to send, we wait to charge you until it has gone.

Cancel in one click

Cancel from Settings at any time, with no phone call. Cancel before day 91 and you are never charged.

Stopping deletes nothing

If you cancel, or your trial ends without payment, the program becomes read-only. You can still export all of it.

The AI assistant, at cost

AI usage is billed from day one at what it costs us, and you set a monthly limit. Using your own AI provider account, so we charge nothing for it, is planned.

Inside your network

We can install it on your own servers, but it isn't on the price list yet. Tell us about your setup and we'll tell you where it stands.

Common questions

Who has to be paid for?

People who change the plan: durations, dependencies, dates, or who a task is assigned to. People who approve changes are paid for too, because an approval moves a baseline.

Viewers are free and always will be. They read, comment and manage their own tasks, including linking a task to the plan. A schedule is only useful if everyone's work is on it.

Why does the price drop?

So nobody has to ask whether they can afford to add one more person. When they do, the plan usually ends up back in one person's spreadsheet. The price drops within each program and starts again for the next one, because two programs of fifteen people are two separate teams.

Why is every module included?

If only cost analysts could open the cost module, engineers would be cut off from the money again, and connecting the two is the point of the product. Every module is included, so nobody has to pick which numbers to leave out.

What counts as a program?

One plan and the model linked to it: something with its own schedule, budget and deadline. Four of those are four programs.

What if our team gets very large?

The price per editor keeps dropping as a program grows, and each program is billed separately. A program too large to charge to a card gets an invoice instead.

Do we have to leave our scheduler and cost system?

No. You can import a Primavera P6 (XER) or Microsoft Project (XML) file directly. The importer lists anything it couldn't bring in, instead of dropping it silently.

What if we never want the assistant?

Leave it off. Scheduling, costing and approvals never use AI, so you lose none of the numbers. That is also why the version that runs with no internet connection gives the same numbers.

What happens to our data if we stop paying?

It becomes read-only, and you can still export it. Models are saved as standard SysML v2 files, which other tools that follow the standard can open.

Is it open source?

No. It is a commercial product.

Is it ready for production work?

Not yet for a program you are betting on, and we'll keep saying so until it is. The capabilities page labels every item as working, in progress or planned.
