Roadmap

Where this is going, and what has to be true at each step. Dates are for sequencing rather than commitment — the gate criteria are the real content, and each one is a thing you can watch someone do.

M0

Foundations

~month 2

Hermetic build green; agent harness running nightly; spine stores/branches/signs a commit; core-without-accelerators gate enforced in CI; digest reaching the phone every morning and approvals possible without a laptop.

M1

Model spine

~month 6

Author a SysML v2 model in text, import a ReqIF requirement set, set a unit-typed parameter, baseline it, and require a signed approval to change it. Nightly loop runs in the cloud — the laptop can stay closed.

M2

The wedge — change review

~month 10

Import a customer's SysML v2 model, change it, and show element-by-element what changed, what it affects, and who must approve — with a signed record. Restated 2026-08-12 to match §2.14: the previous wording required analyses to re-run automatically, which needs a solver, and §2.14 moved simulation later precisely so the wedge could ship first. No CAD, no AI, no solver.

M2a

Demoable MVP

~month 7

The narrowest version of M2 that a stranger can watch and understand.

M3

Geometry

~month 15

Author a parametric part in the implicit kernel, import a STEP assembly alongside it, see mass properties roll up into the M1 parameter store, and toggle an element between logical and physical facets.

M3a

The phone

~month 17

A native application on iOS and Android that does the three things nobody wants a laptop for: read the brief, approve what is waiting, and ask what a change costs. Not a viewer — an approval made on it carries the same signed record as one made at a desk, and it works on a train with no signal, syncing when there is one.

M4

Accelerators + on-prem

~month 22

A surrogate trained on our own corpus explores a trade space 10³×+ faster, every surviving candidate is confirmed by the high-fidelity solver, and the whole platform still runs with accelerators deleted. Air-gapped build ships.

M5

Loop closure

~month 30

FMU export drives a SIL harness; DDS bridge reaches a physical bench; certification-readiness assessment begins.

Generated from the working roadmap on every build, so this page cannot quietly fall out of step with the plan.
