Where your program data can go

How we keep your data, the documents we can send you, and how to report a security problem.

Pre-release. Not certified against SOC 2, ISO 27001 or FedRAMP. Ask where each stands.

How your data is kept

The installed version stays offline

Installed on your network, reading, approving, comparing and exporting connect to nothing outside it, and every build tests that. The exceptions are the PLM connector, if switched on, and a local server only your machine can reach.

Inside your network

Installed inside your own network, it is the same application, with every module.

History that is never rewritten

Every change and approval is added to the history, and each entry is identified by a fingerprint of its contents, so an edit would show. To reverse a decision, you record a new one with a reason.

What is deleted, and when

Your programs are deleted when your organization orders it, after a seven-day wait. Problem reports, feedback and contact form messages are deleted after the periods in our privacy policy.

You can always leave

Models are saved as standard SysML v2 files that other tools can open, and the rest of the program data exports too.

Documents we can send you

Ask for any of these and we'll send the current version.

Send us your questionnaire

If your security team has a spreadsheet of questions, send it. We'd rather find out early what we are missing.
